DELIVERY INFORMATION

It is our aim to despatch all orders for In Stock items received online before 4 pm on the same working day - however, during busy periods, we cannot guarantee a next working day service unless specifically agreed.

UK Mainalnd deliveries are send on a Next Working Day service. Shipments outside of UK Mainland are on a 2 to 5 Day service.

Delivery costs are based on actual weight and volume and will be calculated once you complete the Delivery Address details during the Checkout process.

We use UPS for all our shipping - except smaller orders, which are sent by Royal Mail.

Due to our volume of shipments our rates are very competetive and we do not mark up our delivery costs - you get them at the same discounted rate.

We will also provide you with a tracking number which you can use on the UPS website to track your delivery.

None stock items (for example, chairs and trolleys) are usually on 2 to 5 days delivery. Again, we will advise you if there is any alteration to this.

It is important that you select the correct Country in order for delivery costs to be calculated accurately. If we establish that there is a difference between the delivery address Country and the Country selected we will contact you to advise you of this before goods are despatched.

Non European Overseas Orders

We do ship worlwide, however, please contact us if your delivery is required outside Europe, and we will be able to provide you with an accurate cost for delivery.
