Delivery costs are based on actual weight and will be calculated before checkout. WE ONLY EVER CHARGE YOU WHAT IT COSTS US.

We use UPS for all our shipping - except smaller orders, which are sent by Royal Mail.

If requested - for UPS deliveries, we can provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the order via. the UPS website.

Most deliveries are despatched on the same working day - however, during busy periods, we cannot guarantee a next working day service unless specifically agreed.

None stock items are usually on 5-7 days delivery. Again, we will advise you when this is the case.

Scottish Highlands, some outlying areas of the UK and Ireland may cost extra than the delivery rate calculated by the website. We will always contact you if this is the case. You can confirm whether you wish to proceed before we ship.

 EnviroMech Design Ltd will email you a shipping total that you can confirm before we ship. We cannot give accurate prices through our website database.
