We prefer orders to be placed online through our website - this enables us to keep administration costs to a minimum, a cost saving which in turn is passed on to you as a customer.

We do however accept orders by fax, e-mail or post.

It is company policy not to accept orders by telephone - however, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to assist you.

Ordering Procedure

1. Search

To find the product you want, click on the product pictures.

2. View Product Detail

Once you have found a product you are interested in, click on the link or the image to view the product in greater detail.

3. Options

Some products may have optional colours or sizes and in some cases, this affects the cost. Use the 'drop-down menu' or ` tick boxes' to select you chosen option and click on the 'UPDATE' button to view the actual cost.

4. Quantity

You can also input the quantity if you wish to purchase more than one product. You must again, click on the 'UPDATE' button to recalculate the final amount. Please note : Costs at this stage of the checkout procedure exclude VAT and delivery.

5. Buy Now

When you click on the 'BUY NOW' button, your product is added to a virtual 'shopping cart'. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the 'View Cart' button located on the top navigational menu.

6. Amend your order

If you wish to change the contents of your shopping cart, click on the 'Edit Options' button that relates to the product you wish to amend. You can then change the quantity or the options relating to that product. lick `SAVE CHANGES'

7. Remove Products from Shopping Cart

If you wish to remove a product from your shopping cart, then locate the 'Quantity' box and replace the amount with a zero (0) then click on the 'UPDATE CART' button. When the page refreshes, this product will have been removed.

8. Checkout

When you are satisfied that you have added all the products you want into the shopping cart, you can then proceed through the 'checkout' process. Click on the 'CHECKOUT' button to continue.

9. Your Account

If you have shopped with us before, enter your email address and your password to login and the system will reveal your billing and shipping addresses (these can be amended if necessary). If you haven't shopped with us before, please create a new account and continue through the checkout process.

10 Payment and Invoicing

The checkout process will calculate the overall total together with shipping costs. Once completed, you will be presented with payment options. Click Here to review the options for payment.

To view the status of your invoice at any time, login in to your account.

Clothes Sizing Assistance

It is worth measuring the chest size on a garment you already have, we can then match this up against the item you want to order. As a guide our adult body chest sizes are approx:

S = 42 inches

M = 44 inches

L = 46 inches

XL = 48 inches

These do differ from make to make and remember you will go up 8-10 inches on your adult chest size to get a loose fit.
