With respect to new customers, we reserve the right to request that the initial order be on a Pro-Forma basis – allowing payment to clear prior to shipment of the goods.

In the event of delivery not being possible to mainland UK within the time periods indicated on our website, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund of money paid.

UK Delivery is by UPS or Royal Mail. Typically, despatch of stock items are within 1-3 working days. This is not guaranteed - and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee, or be liable for the services of 3rd parties such as Royal Mail and UPS.

Where next day delivery is stated as being available - please contact us by telephone after placing your order online to request this, otherwise our standard delivey will apply.

Our ability to provide a next day service is purely dependant upon the time that the order is placed - and quantity of orders we are processing on that same day. There is no extra charge for this service unless you specifiy a time requirement.

If there are any differences between our website rates for shipping and the actual shipping total, we will contact you to confirm this before the goods are dispatched. You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund of money paid. (e.g. this could be the case with deliveries to non-mainland locations and the Scottish Highlands).

If an item is found to be broken or faulty on receipt, contact us by telephone or by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt. You may choose to receive a replacement or a refund. We will meet delivery and return costs – however, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned adequately packaged to prevent further damage or loss.

Refunds for perfect goods are accepted within 7 days of receipt of order. Goods must be in perfect condition and so must the original packaging. After 7 days a 25% restocking charge will apply. Goods are not accepted for return under any circumstances after 30 days from receipt.

Before returning goods you must first of all advise us of your request in writing or by e-mail. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned adequately packaged to prevent damage or loss. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You remian liable for the original despatch cost.

If you supply us with incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details, which result in a returned delivery by our carrier - you will remain liable for the original despatch cost, in addition to the cost of despatching to a revised address.

Made to order items, manufactured to your requirements are not returnable items.

Items which have been worn, or where the original packaging is damaged is non refundable.
